30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Not satisfied with PIPER? Get a full refund within your first 30 days. No questions asked.
1. Overview
At Justice Apex LLC, we stand behind the quality of the PIPER platform. We want you to feel confident in your subscription, which is why we offer a straightforward refund policy. This policy applies to all paid subscription plans purchased directly through piper.bet.
We process all payments and refunds through Stripe, Inc., our payment processor. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are a first-time subscriber to any PIPER paid plan, you are eligible for a full refund within thirty (30) days of your initial subscription payment. This guarantee applies under the following conditions:
- First subscription only: The 30-day money-back guarantee applies exclusively to your first-ever paid subscription on PIPER. If you have previously subscribed, canceled, and re-subscribed, subsequent subscriptions are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
- 30-day window: The refund request must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of your initial subscription payment (not the date of account creation or free trial start).
- Full refund: If your request is within the 30-day window, you will receive a 100% refund of the subscription fee paid. No partial deductions or restocking fees apply.
- No questions asked: You are not required to provide a reason for your refund request during the 30-day guarantee period, though we appreciate feedback to help us improve.
Upon processing of a money-back guarantee refund, your subscription will be immediately canceled and you will lose access to all paid features. Any picks, analysis, or data saved to your account during the subscription period will no longer be accessible.
3. Prorated Refunds After 30 Days
After the initial 30-day money-back guarantee period has expired, you may still be eligible for a prorated refund under certain circumstances:
- Annual subscriptions: If you are on an annual plan and request a refund after 30 days but before the end of your annual billing period, you may receive a prorated refund based on the number of full, unused months remaining in your subscription. The prorated amount is calculated using the monthly equivalent rate (annual price ÷ 12), and you will be refunded for each full month remaining. Partial months are not refunded.
- Monthly subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions are generally not eligible for prorated refunds after the 30-day guarantee period, as each monthly charge covers only the upcoming month. However, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances (see Section 6).
- Service disruptions: If PIPER experiences a material service disruption (extended outage of 48 hours or more, loss of core functionality, or data loss) during your billing period, you may request a prorated refund or billing credit for the affected period. We will assess each request on its merits.
4. How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund through either of the following methods:
4.1 Via Email
Send an email to support@piper.bet with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your full name as it appears on your PIPER account
- The email address associated with your account
- Your subscription plan and billing date
- The reason for your refund request (optional for 30-day guarantee; helpful for all other requests)
4.2 Via Account Dashboard
Log in to your PIPER account, navigate to Settings → Billing → Request Refund, and follow the on-screen prompts. The dashboard will automatically populate your account and billing information and guide you through the process.
Regardless of the method used, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging your refund request within forty-eight (48) hours.
5. Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refund initiation: We will initiate the refund through Stripe within two (2) business days of approval.
- Bank processing: After Stripe initiates the refund, it typically takes five to seven (5–7) business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer. Some financial institutions may take up to ten (10) business days.
- Total estimated time: From the date of your request to the refund appearing in your account, expect approximately seven to ten (7–10) business days in total.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method, bank account, or third party. If the original payment method is no longer active (e.g., expired card), please contact your bank, as they can typically still receive and process the refund.
6. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Abuse of the refund policy: Repeated subscription-and-refund cycles, refund requests made in bad faith, or patterns suggesting exploitation of the money-back guarantee will not be honored. We reserve the right to deny refund requests from users who have previously received a refund under the 30-day guarantee.
- Violated Terms of Service: If your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for a refund of any kind.
- Gambling losses: Under no circumstances does Justice Apex LLC refund, reimburse, or compensate users for losses incurred from sports wagers placed based on PIPER analysis or picks. PIPER is an analysis platform, not a sportsbook, and does not accept or manage gambling funds.
- Third-party purchases: Subscriptions or access obtained through third-party promotions, gift cards, or partner offers may be subject to different refund terms as specified by the originating party.
- Free trials: Free trial periods are provided at no cost and are therefore not refundable. If your free trial converts to a paid subscription and you did not cancel before conversion, you may request a refund under the standard policy.
Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you have a refund request that does not fall neatly within this policy — such as a medical emergency, military deployment, or other exceptional circumstance — please contact us at support@piper.bet. We will review these requests on a case-by-case basis with empathy and fairness.
7. Cancellation vs. Refund
It is important to understand the difference between canceling your subscription and requesting a refund:
- Cancellation: Stops your subscription from renewing at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until your current billing period expires. No refund is issued for the remaining time in the current period (unless you also submit a refund request that is approved).
- Refund: Returns money you have already paid. When a refund is processed, your subscription is immediately canceled and access to paid features ends right away.
If you simply want to stop future charges but continue using PIPER through the end of your current billing period, cancellation (without a refund request) is the appropriate action. You can cancel at any time through your account dashboard.
8. Billing Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error or notice an unauthorized charge from Justice Apex LLC or PIPER on your statement, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company. We can often resolve billing issues more quickly through direct communication.
Contact support@piper.bet with the subject line "Billing Dispute" and include the transaction date, amount, and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within forty-eight (48) hours.
Please note that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first attempting to resolve the matter with us may result in suspension of your PIPER account pending resolution of the dispute.
