2. SERVICE_DESCRIPTION

PIPER is a sports betting intelligence platform that provides:

• → Algorithmic sports betting signals based on statistical analysis
• → Line movement tracking and sharp money indicators
• → Injury impact analysis and confluence scoring
• → Historical performance tracking and transparency

PIPER is an information service. We do not operate a sportsbook, accept wagers, or manage betting accounts.

3. ACCESS_TIERS

Service features are restricted by subscription tier:

Feature availability may change. We reserve the right to modify tier benefits with reasonable notice.

4. USER_RESPONSIBILITIES

By using PIPER, you agree to:

• → Provide accurate account information
• → Maintain the security of your credentials
• → Comply with all applicable gambling laws in your jurisdiction
• → Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• → Not redistribute, resell, or share paid content
• → Not attempt to reverse-engineer our algorithms or scrape our data

6. NOT_BETTING_ADVICE

PIPER provides statistical analysis and data signals — not betting advice, financial advice, or recommendations. Our signals represent mathematical models, not guaranteed outcomes. 7. ACCOUNT_SUSPENSION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• → Violation of these Terms of Service
• → Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• → Sharing or redistributing paid content
• → Attempting to manipulate or abuse the Service
• → Using automated tools to access the Service
• → Any activity that threatens platform integrity

Suspended accounts are not entitled to refunds for unused subscription periods.

8. PAYMENT_TERMS

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

9. INTELLECTUAL_PROPERTY

All content, algorithms, branding, and proprietary methodologies are the exclusive property of Justice Apex LLC. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse-engineering is prohibited.

10. CHANGES_TO_SERVICE

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to changes, your sole remedy is to discontinue use.

11. GOVERNING_LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas. You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.

12. AGE_REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Service. By using PIPER, you represent that you meet this requirement and that online sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
